Ideally, you should have your system serviced each year, in order to keep it running at maximum efficiency and to avoid a breakdown when you most need to keep warm. We can also carry out any other necessary items as required, such as re-washering taps or replacing ballvalves.
If you have a larger property or commercial building, we can prepare a bespoke Service Schedule to suit your individual requirements. In some cases, for example, certain operations, such as renewing air filters, may be carried out by ‘in house’ maintenance personnel. You may also prefer quarterly or six-monthly visits for extra reassurance.
